Enjoy the ambience of La Motte’s historic red wine cellar, changed into a welcoming wine tasting room while the estate is undergoing renovations. Here, a wide variety of La Motte’s award-winning wines are presented by well-informed wine ambassadors to sample and purchase.
From the popular La Motte Sauvignon Blanc, Millennium and Vin de Joie Rosé, to the elegance of the Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The tasting also includes limited releases such as the La Motte MCC and Hanneli R as well as the premium Pierneef Collection, consisting of varietal wines and innovative blends.

Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 – 17:00.
Closed on Christian religious holidays.
Reservations for groups are essential – maximum of 8 people per tasting.
Cost
Classic and Estate Tasting - R80 for 6 wines.
Flagship tasting - R160 for 4 wines.
