How does it work?

Each seasonal selection will be delivered to your door in June, September, early December, and March, allowing you to experience the rhythm and enjoy the inspiration of our beautiful estate with us throughout the year.

Are there any additional membership fees besides the quarterly investment?

No, there are no additional membership fees. Your quarterly investment covers your curated wine collection, and delivery is included.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Membership changes such as pausing, skipping, or cancelling can be arranged by contacting the Collector’s Club Ambassador directly at collectors.club@la-motte.co.za

When will my wines be delivered?

Your wines are delivered quarterly, in March, June, September, and December, aligning with each seasonal release.

Can I gift a Collector’s Club membership?

Yes, gifting options are available. Please contact the Collector’s Club Ambassador at collectors.club@la-motte.co.za to arrange a gifted membership.

How does delivery work?

Each quarter, a curated selection of six wines is delivered directly to your door. Delivery is complimentary for Collector’s Club members.

How do I change my delivery details?

You can update your delivery details by contacting the Collector’s Club Ambassador or updating your information during checkout or via your account.

When can I redeem my Collector’s Club benefits?

Your benefits are available as soon as your membership is active. This includes discounts, complimentary tastings, and access to exclusive events (advance booking may be required for certain experiences).

How do I change my credit card details?

To update your payment details, please contact the Collector’s Club Ambassador or update your billing information via your subscription/account portal.

How does payment work?

Your first payment is processed at sign-up to receive your first collection. Thereafter, we will email you each quarter to confirm whether you are happy to proceed with the next selection and renew your subscription. You will not be charged automatically each quarter.
