We are delighted to announce that our Champion Status in the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative has again been acknowledged and reaffirmed for the next year.
The Biodiversity & Wine Initiative (BWI) is a pioneering conservation partnership with the South African wine industry.
“BWI Champions” are exemplary wine producers who have made a commitment to conserving our unique Cape wine lands, with at least 10% of their farm committed to conservation, whilst implementing environmentally responsible management practices both within their cellars and on the farm.
In addition, these producers or growers have fulfilled the stringent BWI Member criteria, established and audited by the BWI committee.
