Join us at La Motte for a hands-on workshop focusing on botanical printing.

Step into the enchanting world of botanical printing when pigments and tannins from local flora are transferred onto silk and paper. This engaging demonstration by artist, Rita Trafford introduces the botanical printing process as well as the unrolling of a finished silk piece created for La Motte to reveal nature's beautiful botanical markings.

Under Rita’s expert guidance, participants will create their own leaf prints on paper, have time to explore the estate while their paper bundles “poach” and have an exceptional piece of art to take home.
