Each L'Etoile has been been expertly and lovingly baked using beautiful local dried fruit and a unique two-day sweet sourdough process to provide the exceptional texture and perfume, and provides natural pro- and prebiotics. This time-honoured method allows us to present this delicacy with a clean label (no preservatives, additives, flavourings…).
Each La Motte L'Etoile (R480) is carefully wrapped and decorated with a charming red velvet ribbon and a gift card.
Place your order with Bonita bakery@la-motte.co.za by Thursday 15:00 for collection on Saturdays from 08:00 - 16:00. The production numbers are limited for each weekend.
Serves 6 to 8 friends. Please consume within 3 days of purchase. Suitable for home freezing immediately after purchase. For service allow to temper for 1 hour at room temperature, unwrap, and gently reheat at 100° C for 15 minutes or until the centre reads 50°C to perfect the experience. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar for a festive finish.
