Over the years, Baker Ricardo's seasonal mosbolletjies have become a much-anticipated treat for anyone who has ever taste it. Since opening the La Motte bakery, the innovative baking team also uses a sweet sourdough culture for this iconic seasonal brioche-type buns made with must (fermenting grape juice). This year, the harvest bread repertoire also extends to a grape ciabatta, focaccia and a delightful pizza-style brioche filled with cream cheese and grapes.
