A blend of Frantoio, Coratine, FS 17 and Calamata olives grown biologically in the tranquil olive groves of in Harmonie, on the estate. The combination of quality fruit and the careful process of cold extraction resulted in a flavourful and smooth oil. The nose is nutty with a delicate pepper pungency while the intricate palate offers ripe green olives, olive leaf, walnuts, herbs and apples.
