Winemaker’s notes | Salmon-pink with a delicate onion-skin hue, this rosé shows a distinctly Mediterranean character. The nose opens with floral jasmine, layered with notes of melon, citrus, and a hint of sweet Turkish delight. On the palate, it is surprisingly rounded for a bone-dry style, offering elegant balance, subtle mineral tones, and a bright orange-zest finish.
